Hello, iv got an acer laptop about 1 year old with windows 7 on it the other day somthink happend not sure what but we had 2 take the battary out 2 get it off coz it just went on a black screen !!!!! now it wont turn on and when i can get it on for 2mins and thats all it is 2 mins it says launch start up repair recommended what can i do 2 sort it out will it be the battary or the laptop and what dose launch start up repair recommended mean ????????????????? :-\ plz help dont know what the *censored* im doing  ???

The symptoms you describe indicate that the battery must be replaced. Please consult your documentation. There is a troubleshoot section in the user manual. What does it say?
