I am using MS Office 2007 with MS Office Outlook 2007 on Win7 for 64 bit.
All of a sudden, Outlook will not allow me to download anything. When I view an e-mail and attempt to down load something in it (like a recipe). I get the following message:
“This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your System Administrator.”
This happens on all e-mails that I try to download from. I have not, knowingly, changed anything. I am the “system administrator”.
Any help or guidance you can render will be most appreciated.
Thanks, eddie460

What do you mean "download"? Do you mean you want to click on a link? Open an attachment? Something else?
-
Yes, I mean to click on a link.

You just need to make sure IE is set as your default Browser. Go to Control Panel - Internet Options - Programs Tab and set Internet Explorer as the default browser.

I checked and it is already set for IE as the browser.
Thanx

Okay. Did you also check out the link in Jason's post above?
