i have dell inspirion 530 daul core vista home.........called dell support but warrenty is expired and dont have 60 dollars for there  1 time fix offer .. but they did tell me it the bio.s setting is where they would go to fix problem....and im computer tupid just a point and click kind guy im learning little  have had comp since 2009 still dont koow how to email i just reply to other emails
got comp for poker now i trying to learn
any one pls help
oh  and i dont even have a floppy drive

Instead of telling us about your call to Dell, how about telling us what the problem is?
