Title: Not able enter SAfe Mode without Admin password prompt

I have installed a new hard drive.  After installing Windows XP, my computer prompted for a user password which has not been set.  I hit "F8" and went into Safe Mode options.  I chose "Safe Mode" and it sends me back to a screen asking for Adminstration password.  I tried to reboot and go to Safe mode and keep sending back to asking for Adminstrator password.  I woudl appreciate any help to fix it.  THANK YOU

Do you try any password.....?  Do you try just press Enter ?   What is the user name in that account ? is it just "Administrator"
