Title: Kernel Panic after installation of Mac OS X 10.6.2 on VMware

Hello whenever i install Mac OS X 10.6.2 and reboot i get this, can anyone help me out?

Mac OS X doesn't work in VMware on Windows without some heavy hacking (Boot Loaders, custom kernals, and feature modifications). You'll have to check with the OSX86 and Hackintosh groups in order to do that. We can't help much here with that.

Yeah, OSX will only work with certain hardware and modifications. Unfortunately you can't just dual boot like you would on with Linux.

I'm on with building a 'Hackintosh' myself, and this is my Bible.
Be careful to read up on the T&C of Apple's OSX as it is kinda a grey area. A lot of people this it's illegal to install OSX on a non-apple machine, but I'm not 100% - that's if that kinda thing concerns you.

It certainly concerns the admins of this forum and should concern anyone who read the rules that they (and you) agreed to when they joined.
