Title: Display language is in arabicwhile I can only read Engish.

I have a laptop that has everything in Arabic text making it hard for me to read or write(More like impossible). Progress was slow but I was finally able to change the keyboard input characters I can recognise. A few hours later I found myself frustrated and in need of help.

My laptop is a Qosmio running Windows 7 witch is, unfortunately, also unfamiliar to me.
Any help guiding me to the English display would be greatly appreciated
