Hi.... I am Ram. I am technical support  executive in genexis bpo services pvt.ltd. i am just fresher. I do not know actual definition of dialer.
I have vicidial VoIP. plz help.

Hi Ram, I'm guessing that English is not your first language, but if you are to get any help here more information will be needed about what you are trying to do, and what equipment you are using.
