Title: Error message after logging in please help

I need a little help I am trying to fix a laptop with windows vista when I log into windows I get an error message after the windows loads it says - windows cannot load language pack. Every thing seems to work correct until this error message pops up then it keeps popping up and will not let me have a chance to even try to fix it. Please help

Try booting into safe mode and see if you can fix it there.
