i was banned from chat.
1) for saying ES Tool - speak english only
2) for saying ES - speak english only
3) for a mistake duplicate post

I thought I'd check that out for myself. Looks like Hopebot thinks "ES Tool" is not English.

If you believe you've been mistakenly banned send Computer Hope Admin a PM (http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1) on the forums with what user name you were using in chat and approximately what time it happened and I'll investigate. If I come to the conclusion that you've been mistakenly banned it'll be removed immediately.

Sorry about the issue. It is a bug with Hopebot. He is under the believe that you're speaking Spanish "ES Tool" -> "The Tool" I'll try getting the algorithm fixed asap so this doesn't happen in the future.
