AMD Athlon II X4 631 Quad Core 2.6GHz Socket FM1

I have a HDD already , will this work and am i missing anything ?

Yes it will work, no frills.
Do note that if you get an APU, i.e. the A6-3650 (http://cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+A6-3650+APU top in terms of price performance performs better than the Athlon you intend to get $109.99)

thanks i'm buying ever thing at once so i won't be able to buy that CPU.Din't know i could use both graphics cards  ;D .
