Also specify if you're referring to Outlook or Outlook Express...two different email clients.
When you click a hyperlink in the email...do you receive any error message? If so, what, specifically, does the error message read?

Maybe that's because Patio is a moderator, who has been here a whole lot longer than you or me or Allan, part of whose role is to offer hints and guidance to new members on appropriate posting style, often admirably brief and to the point as in the present case, whereas you are an ordinary member, the whole of whose role is to offer considered, thought-out and on-topic guidance with the problem described? Just saying.

I don't know what the registration date on my first account was (Which was also called Raptor and was deleted by me for a reason I can not remember.) but I've been around probably as long as Patio has been.
