Title: Need Help...BIOS down/no IDE drives detected

I rearranged my computer, changed hardware positions and fans.... now when i start my computer, i can't even get into BIOS!!!  There seem to be no IDE devices (god knows THERE ARE LOTS OF!!!)  I changed ATA cables, already and I resettet BIOS (by changing Jumpers).... it didn't have any effect.
I need my PC to finish a work...so PLEASE help me as quickly as you can!!!

Reseat all hardware and make certain there are no loose connections.
