Title: iTune driving me crazy !

I have a window 7 64-bit laptop , and I have the  latest virsion  of iTune installed , the problem iTune could't access the iTune store !! I have tried to stop firewall , to uninstall and reinstall iTune , also tried the diagnostic tool of iTune ...still it unable to access the store , please help me .
