Title: Access to Control Panel/Display
Post by: Rnavarro on September 22, 2005, 08:38:18 AM
I can't access the DISPLAY icon from my 'Control Panel'. I get the following message:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

I have verified that the user I'm using has 'Administrator rights. What else can I check?
