I purchase a touch screen lcd and it arrived today. Before I installed the software I plugged in the USB touch controller the add new hardware prompt came up so I used that to get it ready to use. Then I installed the supplied software for the touch screen and when I went to configure it there was no trace of it in the software itself. I then double checked the device manager section and the monitor was listed as "plug and play monitor". I then uninstalled the drivers, rebooted, installed the software first, rebooted, plugged in the USB and VGA plugs, and the software still doesn't show the USB controller. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
