Hello! Thanks in advance for any insight that you can provide.
I have a network of about 30 computers, with approx. 5 users each. Six of the computers are missing the MS Office programs on the start menu. I can perfrom a search for the program and pin it to the start menu, but how do I get it back on the Start/All Programs menu?
Thanks!

Forgot to mention that I am using Windows XP professional. Thanks!

Their accounts may not be able to see them. Did you install Office for all users?

When you install a program it generally asks you whether you want to install for all the users or for the current user.
So ... what did you do.
In the latter opiton it won't be availabel to other users.

The computers came with MS Office installed so I did not have to do anything.
We have had these computers for two years, and this is the first year I have had this problem. Even when I am logged on as an administrator I cannot see the programs.

maybe the users disabled them.........type msconfig in the run box and check?startup folders.
