Title: I can log in to certain accounts on other networks than my own

My eBay, yahoo, and my college mymathlab accounts worked about a week ago before my dad did something to our network. Now when i try to log in to yahoo it constantly refreshes the page, my eBay account recognizes my saved password but when i log in it refreshes the page and asks me to enter my password again, and mymathlab says there is a timeout error. Any idea of what he did and how do i fix it? also I can log in at school but not at home.
