It has been saying this for 3-4 hours already. no change. lap top.

Hold the power button for 5-10 seconds. The laptop will turn off.

Press the power button again to turn the laptop on.

If a message comes up before Windows boots, select "Start Windows Normally".

Try update again.

Post back with results.
