Title: Just for practise purpose!!

I have a Dell laptop config:Intel core i5-2450M CPU.2.50 GHz, 8GB RAM, 64 bit OS, Windows 7 Home Basic
and Desktop config: AMD Athlon 7750 processor,2.75 GB RAM,32 Bit OS,Windows XP
Broad band connection which has 2 port (MTNL ISP) thereby sharing Internet on both laptop & desktop

I have learn all about Windows Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003.

I want to do Practical session of above or Windows Server 2008 and Exchange server 2010 and also

Try installation of Share Point server,IIS server (by creating own website),Virtualization

I have face compatibility issue while installing Windows server 2008 & Exchange server 2010

Please share the link of appropriate steps to achieve all these
