Title: password problem

My client is win7,locking the computer sometime giving password, it is invalid password. but after restarting same password is working. now the client doesn't want to restart the computer for may be be unsaved data may be lost.one more thing while giving the password it showing RPC not connected. how to solve this problem pls help

I would perform a Windows 7 restore back to a point when this problem didnt exist or use Windows 7 Repair Disc to repair Windows 7 and correct for corruption.
