Just a quick note, Hopebot seems to pick up 'ssh' as a swear word, has warned me a few times for it.
A user recently got banned for it, I'd say the ban should be removed:

Personally I think it would be better if Hopebot kicked a couple of times before issuing a complete ban apart form in exceptional circumstances, especially since at the moment, Hopebot seems extremely sensitive.
