Hi, welcome to the forums :)

This problem can be caused by several things.  Firstly, try downloading the latest graphics drivers (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22165&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2832-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers) and see if that helps the situation at all.

If not, I would suspect faulty memory, as the integrated graphics use system RAM rather than their own.  Download Memtest (http://www.memtest.org/), burn it to a disk, boot from it and let it run, preferably overnight.  Any errors will mean you have a faulty stick of RAM, which would need replacing.

Hope this makes sense, and helps :)
