Title: Yahoo Issues

My problem is I keep getting locked out of Yahoo and have to change my password a lot. I have files on yahoo that I want to remove and put into Outlook. I have Yahoo mail plus

Do you mean Outlook.com or Microsoft Outlook (part of Microsoft Office)?
