Title: blank page

Using firefox browser,when using internet this blank page keeps popping up,click on the x to get rid,  any help appreciated...... ???

Open Firefox browser. Click Help >> Restart with Add-Ons Disabled...
This will restart your browser with all add ons disabled. Check if problems persist.

Do i restart in safe mode. ???

If you are able to click on the x to get rid of it.... then why not just take the 1/2 a second needed to close it

NO, thats not what we do here. If you dont have a solution please dont post crap. We are here to solve there problem, instead of asking them to get used to it. Please stop with lame advices.

If restarting it in addon disabled mode fixes it. Then that means one of the installed addon is giving that white screen. Restart in normal mode and disable addon one by one to see which one is creating problems.
