Title: Please help me to solve my PC problem

Outlook Windows appear randomly on my screen while I am doing other work and sometime more than 30 outlook windows appear in the same time Like the screen shot I have attached. The problem does not end here... It regulate my screen what ever I am doing and it take me back to my previous page or close the screen and some time take my pc to hibernate mode or shut down my computer. Please help me to solve my problem. Please...  :(
