Title: need software or tips to restore bookmarks and internet history

Any suggestions, I deleted the file manually, and system restore deleted the more files. - firefox history

bookmarks - the system restore deleted the firefox


I also need a way to restore history on other browsers like Internet Explorer for an old computer
