Computer Hope

Whenever I do anything that requires a constant internet connection such as playing League of Legends or streaming Twitch, I get constant ping jumps/lag spikes.
When I play league, I usually have about 30-40 ping, but every 20 seconds or so it will randomly jump up to at least 5000. After a few seconds, it will fall back down to normal, but then 20 seconds later it will jump way back up. When I watch twitch, the stream will freeze quite frequently and take a few seconds to reconnect.
I'm pretty sure that it's something with my computer because when I use a laptop at the exact same spot as my computer, this never happens.

How do I stop these constant lag spikes?
Any help would be appreciated.

hi Sirchanv
you have to enable qos packet sheduler in local group policy editor (under administrative templates - network)
enable and change the value to 0 (zero)
Hope this is helpful
