Hi, probably I'm posting this in the wrong section, so sorry in advance. I've had this issue for sometime now and I've tried a lot of things to fix it, but nothing helps. Some websites (so far it's Tumblr, Tinypic, DeviantArt and Wordpress blogs (though Wordpress main page loads perfectly fine)) seem to have troubles with loading graphics. It takes really, really long for these websites to load, and when they finally do, they look like this:
(Sorry for polish language, couldn't change it)
http://prntscr.com/46v8j3 - tumblr.com
http://prntscr.com/46v7g0 - tumblr.com/eng
http://prntscr.com/46v7s2 - deviantart.com
http://prntscr.com/46v86o - deviantart.com with some blabber typed in
http://prntscr.com/46v8b1 - tinypic.com
http://prntscr.com/46v9r5 - random Wordpress blog
It looks like this on every browser I have installed. I tried uninstalling them, clearing cookies and cache - it didn't help. I scanned my PC with an antivirus program, also scanned it with Malwarebytes, I even checked my 'hosts' file (nothing unusual).
Any idea what I should do to fix this issue?

Check speedtest.net for your connection speeds...

Issues with loading graphics are definitely not caused by my internet speed. I have a rather good internet speed, every other website besides these from the screenshots work perfectly fine (everything loads fast and graphics look like they're supposed to). As you can see on the first and second screenshot, for some reason graphics from the main page of Tumblr are (?) blocked by something, because in the second screenshot you can see that they work but not on the main page. Anything else?

What are your connection speeds? ?
When's the last time you ran your protection scans ? ?

My connection speed is 2.6 mbps
I scanned my PC four days ago with an antivirus, performed a Malwarebytes scan around two days ago.

It looks to me though that you have a lagging connection when visiting this sites as Patio clearly pointed out. I'm not quite sure what to expect from the images but the disorganized web text layout looks to be a loading problem due to speed connection or maybe try pinging the particular site and compare the result on a good connecting website just in case.

It seems to me that you might have disabled JavaScript or something like that in your browser (all of it) or you may have old browsers (less chance).
But you are saying that you are facing same problem even after reinstalling browser(s).
Here are two possible solutions :
1. Disable all antivirus/anti-malware programs and try visiting those sites again. (Possibility is that this solution will not work).
2. Create a new Administrative user account by going to Control Panel, and try visiting those sites from newly created user account.
Good Luck.

I have the same exact problem and i have also tried doing the "tracert" stuff but still won't fix. There is definitely nothing wrong with my wifi connection because I can access to any other websites.

Which extensions do you use? I had a same problem, using NoScript and referer blocking app.
