Title: Program Files sub folders and files view issue

Local C: > Program Files/Program Files (x86) > Folders > the sub folders and files are optimized for "Videos" upon new install of any program.  It wasn't like this before.  They used to be optimized for "General Items" view.  I can't change it in "Program Files" properties because the customize tab isn't there.
please help.
