Title: Microsoft Outlook 2002

Ok so my company is running Windows Server 2003 and we are running Outlook 2002. For some reason when we open certain emails such as embedded images or dynamic emails, a popup shows up and says "Please wait while windows configures Microsoft office 2000 SR-1 standard. It's annoying and it happens a lot. Is there a way to get rid of this. It's driving my entire office nuts.

Is that a new occurrence or has it always been this way/ office is looking for some component that needs to be installed - and perhaps wasn't completely or properly installed on a prior attempt. Do you still have all relevant installation CD's? What happens if you put the Office CD in the drive/
