Title: Date/Time setting for Windows 98

I tried to set the day/time of my Dell Laptop with Windows 98, everything seems good but I cannot set the AM or PM, when I select  PM and Apply OK, it's still appear AM on the right bottom corner even I restart or shut down the computer. Kindly please help.

Are the regional settings correct ? ?
