Title: Laptop not booting up.

Hi.

I have an Acer Travelmate 5530 series and whenever I turn the computer on it makes it to the log in screen then the screen goes black and the on button flashes orange. I have to wait for 7 flashes until I can turn it on again then select resume windows.  It only works after I have done this.

Please can you help?

could be a problem with the battery or charger.
