Title: Clipboard Image Win95-98
Post by: Amats on January 01, 2015, 04:30:19 PM
What is a good way to get a screenshot off of Win 95, 98 clipboard?  I don't have R/W drives on them but would an image fit on a floppy?  Is clipboard format bitmap?

Paste it to MSPaint, and then you can save it as a bitmap file. it should fit on a floppy disk unless you use a very high display resolution.

Thx for that quick reply BC, now that I think about it, I probably will be enlarging them.  I going to look for a couple of r/w drives so I can burn them on cd.
Would win95 support that?  ???  I think 98 does.

Get some more RAM and move up to Windows 98SE.

What purpose would enlarging a screenshot serve?

They are game screenshots to blow up and make posters, just for my own personal use. ;D

Enlarge them on the other computer, after copying them from the floppy disk. You'll want to convert them to .PNG files or another compressed format anyway, I imagine.
