Title: Share Outlook contacts and calendar

What's the easiest way to share/sync my Outlook contacts and calendar between two or three computers.  

Is it by using an Exchange Server or is there an easier way?  (I have no idea about/how to setup an exchange server)  If the best way is to use an exchange server (I do have free access to servers) how do I go about setting that up?
