Title: Saved Passwords in Google
Post by: joodyanne on March 01, 2015, 01:11:06 AM
I use two different computers both with google.   The computer in main room asks if I want passwords saved.   I don't know how it happened, but the notebook does not ask.   Can you tell me what setting I should use to save passwords on the notebook please?

Google Chrome comes with a built in password manager for your convenience. The password manager can automatically fill out login forms if you choose to save your information in it, so you don't have to.

if you want to save you password, Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Select Settings.
Click Show advanced settings.
Under the "Passwords and forms" section check the "Offer to save your web passwords" checkbox if you want Google Chrome to prompt you to save your password every time you sign in to a new website.
