Title: PC is not detected on the network or monitor

Hi experts,
There is a  PC with Windows Server 2008 R2 OS on my LAN network. Im using it mainly by RDP.
All of a sudden it started to have problems: Its apparently running but I cannot connect neither by RDP nor the connected monitror does not detect any input.
I have to reboot to make OS run on monitor or network again.

Any suggestions how I should analyze this problem?
