Hey. I bought this Dell Inspiron11 laptop a year ago. I don't use it much, but I notice that it's quite slow/laggy at times.
For example, when starting online flash games, the window can go unresponsive/freeze for a while or even crash.
Or when it's under slightly heavier tasking it can freeze for a few moments too...
People have told me this is normal, but is it really?
Thanks.

It's a little underpowered for 64-bit OS, but it does meet minimum requirements. Does it have a hard disk drive or a solid state drive? If HDD, consider a SSD replacement. It may be an eSATA drive or eMMC drive. The former is replaceable, the latter is not.

Hey, sorry for the late reply.
I'm not sure if my laptop have a HDD or a SSD...
Is there any way I can tell?
Thanks.

Ah, nevermind. I found that it has a HDD.

Windows doesn't know the difference between HDD or SSD.
HWInfo will tell you everything about your hardware.

Dell Inspiron11 came in many configurations. Need to know exactly what it is.

Downloaded HWInfo and took a look at the info. I didn't really understand much so took a screenshot of the system summary it provided.
Thanks.

I see your laptop has 2GB of RAM. Adding more RAM should yield noticeable improvement. Visit crucial.com and search on your model.
