I deleted your duplicate post. Please do not post more than once with the same question.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html)
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

So I thought the error number looked fake so I called the number and it was an Indian man saying Windows customer support and I hung up . they called back from a different number and I answered and said the same thing. I hung up and they called back again....

Blue screen errors don't come with phone numbers. I didn't see the number until you just mentioned it. It's clearly a scam and I'm going to move this thread to our malware section for Super Dave to take a look at.

Hello and welcome to Computer Hope Forum. My name is Dave. I will be helping you out with your particular problem on your computer.

1. I will be working on your Malware issues. This may or may not solve other issues you have with your machine.
2. The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine.
3. If you don't know or understand something, please don't hesitate to ask.
4. Please DO NOT run any other tools or scans while I am helping you.
5. It is important that you reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.
6. Your security programs may give warnings for some of the tools I will ask you to use. Be assured, any links I give are safe.
7. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.
*************************************************************************
Let me see if this is correct. You computer won't boot long enough to run any scans in Normal as well as Safe Mode? Where did you get that number? I don't see any in the screenshot that you posted.

It is ransomware . I am absolutely sure of it the blue screen looks fake and gives me a phone number. I called the number earlier and it was an Indian man posing as a Microsoft tech support . hung up then he called back 4 times from 3 different numbers.  Later I called back and i asked a few questions.  He said he was from Texas then got frustrated when I asked the city or zip code or even who the Microsoft CEO is and he kept asking "why you call this" and hung up on me. Called back waited on hold 10 minutes so im on their block list right now . so basically, how do I remove ransomware from my pc without buying a new os? I saw a few tools so would I use a usb from a differet co.puter ?t

We are going to be using a Windows Recovery Environment to help disinfect the system so it may boot again.

Download the OTLPE Standard REATOGO Windows Recovery Environment.

If you use the rescue disk, you will be able to save all your important data before the re-installation.
