Is there an expansion card for an older computer running windows 95 that will utilize USB capability?

Do NOT buy a PCI-e card. It is not the same as the legacy PCI card.

Looking at this card I think the vendor is not accurate. It looks like a PCI-e card.

Sad to say, but eBay does not know how to tell people that an old computer does not use PCI-e cards, only the older PCI cards work. a real PITA.
