That would all work fine.

The only suggestion I'd make would be to swap the power supply for this one, it's not modular but it's cheaper, higher quality and has a 5 year warranty instead of a 3 year one which is a great thing to have, especially on a power supply which you can keep for a long time without needing to upgrade: http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-TS-Wired-Power-Supply/dp/B00O3JHESA/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1444257400&sr=1-1&keywords=xfx+430w (http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-TS-Wired-Power-Supply/dp/B00O3JHESA/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1444257400&sr=1-1&keywords=xfx+430w).

430w is plenty for the system as you have it currently while going up to 550w such as this would give you the scope to upgrade to virtually any single current video card/CPU on the market: http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-certified-Power-Supply-P1-550G-TS3X/dp/B00HW979AQ/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1444257686&sr=8-4&keywords=550w+xfx (http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-certified-Power-Supply-P1-550G-TS3X/dp/B00HW979AQ/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1444257686&sr=8-4&keywords=550w+xfx)

I'd also strongly recommend adding in some sort of SSD for your operating system and programs as this will really boost performance but this is obviously something you can add later on once you can afford it.

First, your question is impossible.
Those two boards aver very similar. Hard to say if there really would be a difference you could d notice.
Hard are a few  things gamier look for.

Display and Graphics. Do they match. No point in having a super high graphics card if the display can not show it at its best.
Sound system features. Gaming is not all visual. Does the sound add to the pleasure?
CPU core count and clack. More is better? No always. If the  game you like best does not support quad core, don't buy it.As for clock, some CPUs will overclock and work good.
What sabot FPS. Yes, more is better. Brut how much more? Maybe you don't like to see a game a high FPS. Drop FPS and get better derail.

The single most important item is the graphics controller. For gaming, it is by far the most important thing. Unless the game is about watching plants grow.

I really doubt you will find any important difference between those two boards.  :)
