Can anyone kindly recommend a site for watching free films online? I'd like to know of a safe site, as I have been warned that
there might be free film sites which attract viruses.
I use Windows 8.1, Firefox, and G-mail.
I am still a newbie at my age (77 years old).
Many thanks in advance for anyone who can help me. A solution to my problem would make my day.

Being free also generally means illegal and possibly riddled with viruses. Netflix costs $7.99/mo, less than a DVD, to me it's a no brainer!

genvideos.com used to work well for me. another is fmovief.net . I did not mispell that. I like genvideos...lots of recent movies with viewer ratings. you can adjust its streaming speed on many of them once they begin to stream to you. Some are 1080p (high def).

worldfree4u.com
Here you can download movies and watch.
:) ;)

Some sites will let you watch, but not download.
Commercial movies are made for the purpose of making money.
Are there any bakeries in your town the get free donuts and coffee?

For what it is worth....
More sites are going into doing both free any pay movies and TV shows.
All major TV networks have web sites that offer TV shows and other material.
Examples, www.ABC.com, www.BBC.com, www.CBS.com, www.CNN.com, www.NBC.com, www.PBS.com and some others are out there.
Here is a list of safe sites:
