I know there isn't much text information to go on, but I'm ready to answer any questions or additional details you might need.
I have checked to see if I have the needed services running.
I am not able to uninstall the various bluetooth drivers I installed because I don't know how. The method I do know, is to go into device manager and select my usb BT adaptor and uninstall that way, but I can't find it under device manager, only under "view devices and printers".
I am not able to select "enable bluetooth" under the windows 8 windows. It seems to permanantly greyed out.
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
