Post by: myming on February 11, 2016, 05:13:13 PM
hello all,

please remove this if it is in the wrong catagory...

the sides and the vertical/horizontal actions on my pc desktop are stuck.  they will not move in any direction.  the icons are missing, too.

also, could you please tell me where in win 7 i could find how long to keep the pc from turning itself off ?

thank you.

Is this a home-built PC?
It sounds like you  may hare an issue with the video display.
In windows 7 try to change resolution  of the display. This might help.

Hi

Please reset the browser (it does erase all your browsing histories and settings) you are using and try to play the video. Hope it works.

Thanks.

You DONT need to erase browsing history...

Screen going black sounds like power property that needs to be adjusted to never put display to sleep. You can also keep the computer from turning itself off in the properties here as well. You need to go to control panel. Start-> Control Panel-> Power Options -> Change when computer sleeps -> Set both options for system and display to NEVER and Save Changes.

Not quite sure what you mean by verticle horizontal stuck... can you share a screenshot to show the problem your seeing or describe it better?
