Title: internet problems of laptop

Dear /maam,
          I am using lenevo Z560 (OS Windows 7 32 bit). When I want to connect this laptop with my smartphone with hotspot it gets connected. But the browser of the computer is not responsing. The browser is showing the is no internet connection. I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser but it failed to connect with internet. How can I solve this problem please help me.
