Title: Who makes my Motherboard?????

I just recently picked up an Acer TravelMate 630 (TM630XCi), and I've been searching day and night for the name of the motherboard manufacturer. It doesn't say anywhere on the actual board, and noone has been able to help me. Please Help Me??????? Thanx.
Also, it's not the computer i'm on now.

I would travel on over to Acer's site and type your serial # into their search bar and see what results you get...
Another option would be to DLoad and install Everest Home which is mentioned a few times here...

I already tried the s/n. Needless to say it didn't work. I will go get everest right now, though. It'll be hard because the smart card is locking me out of the Acer at the moment and i lost my emergency card. it wont even let me get to BIOS. Good times. :)

I've had a couple of people I know that work at MS looking, too. They're having a hard time of it.

What does.......msinfo32 typed in the run box tell you/?

Or dxdiag typed in the run box.

That's on of the main problems. I can't get to the run box because of the "smart card".
