Title: Trying to view security cameras @ xmeye site keeps redirecting activex download

I am trying to view cctv cameras on pc through xmeye.net (Actually viewing camera is working on android app.) I installed activex and site continues to direct me to download activex. I am using chrome and directed chrome to allow activex but still not working. Lost not sure what to do. Thank you..

Part of your problem is using XP. Is it up to date?

Try  other browsers, just to see.
Some are:
 Furefox
 Internet Explorer 8
 Maxthon 4.4
 Opera
 Safari
 Seamonkey
Thee are too many to list.

Also, try another Operating System. You can download Windows 10 ISO for free and use it for awhile without a product key. That will help you know if the problem really is XP. I believe XP is the real problem.

By the way: You can fit Windows 10 on to an external USB device and boot it.

I'm actually using a Windows 10 computer. I have to update my profile. I also tried logging into website with internet explorer.

Have you checked to see if Active X is active and not blocked?

I think it is under Tools and is called ActiveX Filtering
