Title: Keep having to resize pages.

I log on.....Win 10.....hit edge to get online......the site then appears as a little square in the middle of my screen.....then the resizing process begins, I would either hit the maximize square on the top right hand corner , or use my mouse to stretch the page.
It's the same when I would open, my docs, pics, music, and so on. Even media player. Is there any way I don't have to go through this every time I get on my pc>.

Please excuse me, now the question mark key is not working.
