So here is the backstory: I decided to reset my Acer laptop and I put it on the mode that cleans everything and I waited for the night to do his thing, when I woke up it was at 13% so I thought it got stuck so I turn it of,when I turn it on it got me with this options; continue to normal, reset and turn it off or idk, so I clicked on reset,but I didn't knew the password so I decided to click on continue to windows,and for an hour the laptop is stuck at the logo faze(Acer blah blah) and after 15 sec it goes black for 2 sec and again logo faze, oh and I have windows 10. Please help
