Title: I RESET MY COMPUTER RUNNING WINDOWS 10 and it wont boot up anymore

My conputer was running slowly so i decided to factory reset it and after i did that it got stuck in a continuos boot loop. It will start and do some weird stuff then go to a black screen, then it repeats non stop. Ive watched multiple videos and people say i need to boot from a usb and stuff like that but i dont have windows on a usb so i dont think that will work. Any help is appreciated, thanks! :'(

Did the computer come with Windows 10?
What is the brand and exact model?
