Hi there,
I don't know if this is the right place to discuss such issues but I went into ComputerHope for the first time today and I was treated a bit rude by a member, I believe his name was lostcoast. I was trying to get help with my computer and since it was hard for me to follow the advice being given, he called one of my questions moronic and made me leave the chat.
I can understand people getting annoyed if I don't understand the advice being given and maybe to some it felt as though I was trolling but in actuality I needed help. I however did feel like insulting me was kind of rude, I apologize if I had broken any rules of the chat in advance, and I will refrain from posting there if I'm not wanted there. thank you to anyone who reads me.
